Health and Wellness Awareness

 

 

The general state of complete physical, psychological and societal well- being of  a human being in all aspects is called health or one can define it that being free from infirmity or wound is health.

 

For health status of an individual, the physical environment is conceivably the most important factor that should be considered and this includes factors such as hygienic water and atmosphere, secure accommodation, communities and infrastructure contribute to good health. Inheritance are also part of the structure based on which the health of the populace can be recognized. Inheritance is narrowly related to the practice and behaviors individuals whom develop during their life, particularly in terms of standard of living choices.        

 

Importance of health and wellness awareness:

Health and wellness awareness are of very much importance in one’s life, it could be said that awareness is a fundamental aspect of life. Awareness locates in activity, facts, belief, choice, action, results / outcomes and experience. The scope of wellness includes desirable aspects from all there is in life. Achieving Wellness provides the ideal foundation from how to live your life in a healthy way.

 

How to attain health and wellness awareness:
World is a combination of both the conceptual and concrete environment in which we live.
Life can be viewed in many ways, we have to choose our way of living  in a healthy manner, means what actions we take ,it determines how well and healthy we live and it depends on awareness information which we possess because ,this Information provides the content with which we have to act and live. Achieving Wellness requires that you use both effectively. Doing so will bring you the wellness success that you desire.

 

Awareness can be achieved by selecting a broad based view of life that suits and attractive to us, the life you wish to live and by bringing into the light yourself with the available knowledge about health and wellness. We have to be familiarizing about the options that are available to live healthy and safe lifestyle.

 

Then there comes wellness awareness that can develop the sense of health and wellness.  By attending these program one can  be aware of  the health triangle in which physical, mental and societal well-being are included then he can understand the main determinants of health include the social and economic environment, the physical environment and the person's individual characteristics and behaviors. These all key factors can help individual to create the environment of health and wellness awareness.
