Diploma Program in Landscape Design

Our Landscape Design program will help you to learn the art and the science of landscape design through. You will be able to identify the elements of the “outdoor room”, draw out and present your ideas, and blend flowers, trees, shrubs and groundcovers into harmonious, functional designs. You’ll study balance, simplicity, proportion, unity, lighting and techniques for integrating walls, walkways and terraces. And you’ll learn how to specify and calculate materials, prepare bids and more.

 

Diploma Program in Floral Design

This course will help your talent bloom. You will learn the art and the business of flower arranging, starting with the basics of composition, color, proportion, balance, harmony and shape. You will find out how to put it all together in a variety of attractive styles that please the eye and enhance the surroundings. We’ll teach you how to create elegant arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, corsages and gift baskets for parties, showers, weddings, funerals, holidays and more.

 

Certificate Program in Landscaper

Learn the skills you need to become a Professional Landscaper —at home, at your own pace. Our Certificate program will help you to gain certain skills you need to begin a career as a Professional Landscaper. The Program will help you learn them quickly and conveniently. You’ll learn about plant health, soil, and fertilizers used in landscaping, servicing garden tractors and other tools used in landscaping, creating landscaping designs using shrubs and ground covers, specialty landscaping, starting and operating your own landscaping business.

 

Certificate Program in Sustainable Landscapes

The main aim of this program is to provide an innovative and relevant curriculum that reflects changing social attitudes towards the conservation and sustainability of our living environments. The stuents will learn to provide design and implementation services that apply new strategies of plant and water conservation and energy efficiency. The Sustainable Landscapes program provides the understanding to advanced landscape design students and experienced landscape design professionals of best practices in landscape conservation and sustainability, adapted to the small-scale landscape, at the neighborhood level.
