Plant Sciences

Plant science is the study of the growth, reproduction, structure, evolution and classification of plants. Many different degree programs are available, including a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science, a Master of Science in Plant Science and a Ph.D. in Plant Science. These programs are very broad, and include classes on scientific classification, plant anatomy, plant nutrition, soil properties and crop development.
